Recognition 簡樸房認證
The Basic Housing Unit Ordinance has come into effect in 2026 to regulate the living conditions in sub-divided units in Hong Kong. To satisfy the legal requirements, all sub-divided units shall obtain a BHU Recognition before being let out. 《簡樸房條例》已於2026年生效，旨在規範香港分間單位的居住環境。為符合法律規定，所有分間單位在出租前均須取得「簡樸房認證」。
The BHU Recognition requires registered professionals to certify the unit's compliance with the minimum standards of living conditions required in the Ordinance. Improvement and alteration works may become necessary to satisfy the requirements before certification. 「簡樸房認證」要求註冊專業人士證明該單位符合條例規定的最低居住條件標準。在取得認證前，單位亦可能需要進行改善或改建工程以符合相關要求。

On-Site Inspection by Specified Professional

Our Specified Professional will personally inspect and survey the unit to provide assessment of the unit's condition.

Our Specified Professional will provide advice on the improvement works required to comply with the minimum standards in BHU Ordinance, including repartitioning, windows and fire door installation, plumbing & drainage, waterproofing works, structural repair etc.
本公司的指定專業人士將就符合《簡樸房條例》最低標準提供改善工程建議，包括重新分隔、安裝窗戶及防火門、消防設施安裝、供水及排水系統、防水工程、結構維修等。

We provide construction services of all trades to upgrade your unit to the minimum standards in BHU Ordinance, such as repartitioning, windows and fire door installation, plumbing & drainage, waterproofing works, structural repair etc.
我們提供各類建築工程服務，例如重新分隔、安裝改動窗戶及防火門、消防設施安裝、供水及排水系統、防水工程、結構維修等，協助您的單位達到《簡樸房條例》的最低標準。
All minor work submissions to BD are included. The improvement works will be supervised by our Specified Professional.
服務包括所有提交予屋宇署的小型工程申請。相關改善工程將由本公司的指定專業人士負責監督。

Certification Report by Specified Professional
指明專業人士核證
A certification report with on-site inspection results and assessment will be prepared by the Specified Professional, to certify that the unit has met the minimum standards of living conditions required in BHU Ordinance. The report shall be submitted together with the application for BHU Recognition.
指定專業人士將擬備一份實地檢查結果及評估的認證報告，以證明該單位已符合《住宅單位條例》所規定的最低居住條件標準。該報告須連同「簡樸房認證」申請一併提交。
